A little clarity goes a long way.

An administrator creates a workspace and receives a generated organization ID. Team members enter that ID when signing up or accepting invitations. Workspace administrators manage their people, courses, roles and policies.

No. Members need the ID provided by their organization. New workspaces require administrator approval for self-registration by default, so knowing the ID alone does not grant access.

Active, invited and pending accounts count, including organization administrators. Deactivated or archived accounts release their seat while learning records remain retained.

Only the platform Super Admin configures payment providers. Organizations pay EvoBoards for workspace subscriptions. Organization administrators cannot add their own merchant accounts or collect learner payments.

You can create native lessons, upload resources and use supported single-SCO SCORM 1.2 or 2004 packages. Selected text lessons can be saved for offline use; exams and protected media remain online.

Goals measure lessons or courses completed after a goal is created. Milestone badges award points once. Rankings are optional, confined to your organization and show achievement points or completed goals.

Yes. Learners can choose learning emails, lesson and goal reminders, weekly summaries and ranking participation. Account verification and security messages remain separate.

No automatic debit is performed. Organization administrators purchase another 30-day or 365-day period. A renewal extends an active subscription; a mid-period plan change is reviewed by Super Admin.
