Workspace boundaries and least privilege
Organization-scoped records and permission checks separate day-to-day workspace access. Administrators, instructors, managers and learners receive different capabilities. Platform Super Admins retain administrative oversight.

Private content and accountable decisions
Files are stored privately, with access mediated by the application. Supported SCORM content is served from a separate content origin. Audit records capture important administrative activity. Your organization controls its users and training configuration.
Payments stay with the platform
Organizations pay through a hosted provider checkout. Credentials are encrypted, and server-side verification checks transaction reference, amount and currency before activating a subscription. Sandbox payments do not activate paid plans.
Understand the shared responsibility
Choose appropriate access roles, review your member list and configure retention settings for your use case. Before uploading sensitive assessment recordings, explain their purpose and retention to participants.
